If you try to fail and succeed, which have you done?

Sometimes I really don’t know what I am doing and why I am doing it. I came to New York to study, learn the language and gain knowledge (suuuree), and did I do that? Of course not, instead of studying I have been shopping, partying and seeing cute guys. What is wrong with me? I guess I never take life seriously. The finals starts on Monday and it will be two weeks with a suicide-exams-marathon. Have I read anything yet? Of course NOT! I am so afraid of failing and that leads me to the question, what if I try to fail? And I succeed, which have you done?

Silver Towers sucks

New Yorkers are known to be busy and the city is always crowded with a lot of stressful people trying to get through the tourist that is blocking OUR way. They always say “Time is money”, well at least Donald Trump likes to say that. I might not be a real New Yorker, but I believe my schedule is pretty busy compared to most people. I have things to do, people to meet and I rather not let them see me with greasy hair.
So take a shower!! Well, it is not that easy when the bath is not working properly. I called the reception this morning and they told me that it will be fixed soon. Unfortunately, I didn’t know what “soon” means.

The New York definition of soon: 7 hours and 4 minutes.

I even called them multiple times of where the engineer is, and of course they told me he would be here soon or now. RIGHT! I actually have a social life, I don't have time to wait 7 hours!!!!! My roommate and I are actually paying almost 4000USD every month for a shitty studio apartment. We do expect a bit better service than waiting 7 hours to take a shower. Do they even know time is money? And right now, I am pretty broke, so don’t waste my time like this!!!!!

Thanksgiving and Black Friday

Happy Thanksgiving everybody! I hope you all had a nice holiday. This was the first time I ever celebrated Thanksgiving. I was lucky to be invited to a friend’s house and had dinner with him and his family in Long Island. My first real American Thanksgiving with turkey, ham, pumpkin pie, apple pie and a lot of other stuff that made me blew up, but it was ok though. I exercised a lot the day after on Black Friday. It was exhausting to push people away just to get the stuff you don’t need.
For those that are not from The States and don’t know what a Black Friday is, this is my definition.
Black Friday = the day after Thanksgiving, when Americans are killing each other to get cheap stuff they don’t need.

Since I am converting myself to be an American, I just had to join the event and ended up with this. I so totally don’t need it, but it was cheap and on sale!

Back on Track

Enough is enough. It is time to take my body back that New York has taken away from me. I am lazy in general, I never exercise and free delivery doesn’t help really. I just bought new sportswear from Nike to motivate myself. It is time to be healthy and get Miranda Kerr’s body (hehe, I can always dream). Wish me good luck and let’s see how long it will take before my sportswear will hide in my closet.

My Halloween Weekend

Halloween in NYC is just pure fun. EVERYBODY is dressing up, either to get candy or get drunk. As you can see, I was dressed up as a black angel and Red Riding Hood (no, I am not a red smurf). The reason why I got two costumes is....My wings broke at the first party because of different reasons....

How was your Halloween??
