Thanksgiving and Black Friday

Happy Thanksgiving everybody! I hope you all had a nice holiday. This was the first time I ever celebrated Thanksgiving. I was lucky to be invited to a friend’s house and had dinner with him and his family in Long Island. My first real American Thanksgiving with turkey, ham, pumpkin pie, apple pie and a lot of other stuff that made me blew up, but it was ok though. I exercised a lot the day after on Black Friday. It was exhausting to push people away just to get the stuff you don’t need.
For those that are not from The States and don’t know what a Black Friday is, this is my definition.
Black Friday = the day after Thanksgiving, when Americans are killing each other to get cheap stuff they don’t need.

Since I am converting myself to be an American, I just had to join the event and ended up with this. I so totally don’t need it, but it was cheap and on sale!

Back on Track

Enough is enough. It is time to take my body back that New York has taken away from me. I am lazy in general, I never exercise and free delivery doesn’t help really. I just bought new sportswear from Nike to motivate myself. It is time to be healthy and get Miranda Kerr’s body (hehe, I can always dream). Wish me good luck and let’s see how long it will take before my sportswear will hide in my closet.

Versace for H&M

Wohooo! Its Versace's turn to cooperate with H&M. Finally a collection I would buy and wear.

I have been disappointing too many times now... COMME des GARCONS, Sonia Rykiel, Jimmy Choo (painful shoes).... etc.... Finally FINALLY something better!!

What do you think?? Would you wait outside an H&M store for hours to get a piece of this collection?? I know I would.

A New Converse Fan

I am a new Converse fan! Just bought 3 new pairs today and it only cost me 96 USD. Whooot so cheap? How did I get them so cheap? Well well well, the secret is….. I got them from the children’s collection. Just gotta love my shoe size sometimes.

Pretty Pastel

It is dangerous to live in New York. I know I shouldn't complain, but why are there so many clothing stores in New York? I literally go shopping every single day. It is impossible to walk anywhere in Manhattan without walking by a lovely store. So yeah, again. I bought something new today too.

American Apparel Dress: 58$
American Apparel Skirt: 52$
Steve Madden Shoes: 83$

Made to Wear

.................... Not to Walk

Isn’t this gorgeous?? Sure it is a bit difficult to walk on these, but the yellow cars are all around New York for a reason. Everybody kept looking at my feet today thanks to these shoes. LOVE LOVE LOVE, the question is just… When will I wreck my ankles? Kids, do not try this at home!

Can't get you out of my mind even though I know I can't have you

To buy or not to buy, that is the question!
Ok, so my mother just sent me some money to buy FOOD, but look at this necklace! It is giving me an orgasm OK? That is how great I feel about this necklace. Well, I am studying fashion after all, I guess I need this necklace more than to eat?
Hmmm... To eat or not to eat, THAT is the question.

Century 21

In my previous post I wrote that I was broke right? Well, Karma hasn't hit me yet. I just checked my bank account and guess what. Work just paid me this month, for doing absolutely nothing! I don't know how it happened, but I guess they haven't noticed that I haven't been at work since July. Not a surprise really, since I never do a shit at work anyway. As always, I get what I want and you don't. If Karma existed, I would be eaten by a chicken already.

Excuse me for my pale skin, it's the flash.

With an extra month salary, I just had to go for some shopping. Went to Century 21 and found two lovely wool scarves. Cost me only 65$ for both!

FNO - Fashion's Night Out

Thursday was a successful Fashion's Night Out. I went out with Annie from Fashionableasians and her friends. This was my first FNO and in my opinion, it was like going out clubbing and shopping at the same time. Great DJs, loud music, some people are dancing and some are just zipping free champagne or cocktails. I also got a free umbrella and T-shirt from ESPRIT.

Can you see who is behind me? The lady in the blue shirt?

HOT HOT HOT!

Free macaroons and drinks!

o
 More free stuff!

After FNO, we went out for dinner to a nice restaurant called “Chinatown Brasserie”. It is on 380 Lafayette Street. Lovely place with lovely food.

Fashion's Night Out Offcial Collection

Hello guys! It’s FNO in New York tonight. I am so excited, this is the very first time I am actually attending this. I went to Macy’s straight after the classes and got 2 FNO shirts, obviously I couldn’t decide which one I wanted. But who cares? 40 % of the money goes to New York City AIDS anyway, a very good reason to buy 2, even though I only need one!

Shopping,shopping, shopping

I really don’t know what I am doing. No money, but I just keep buying. Seems like everything is out of control lately.
